By purchasing an unlocking code from FlexiPay you acknowledge that FlexiPay takes no liability for the content that the code unlocks. FlexiPay exclusively deals with selling unlocking codes and the only thing you purchase from FlexiPay is the code itself. The code consists of a sequence of chracters and is thus not a physical product. The code will be shown on the payment page, once the payment has been processed. You can also enter your email on the payment page and you will be emailed the code as well.
We provide refunds in any of the below mentioned situations:
- The code has not been used. An unused code is defined as one that has not been entered on any publishing site, nor shared with any third party.
- A technical issue by FlexiPay that prohibits you from using it. A technical issue could be a server outrage, or a technical failure by the servers on FlexiPay that prohibits the website from displaying the code. If this is the case then, in order to receive a refund, take a screen shot of the issue and email it to support [at] www.flexipay.io. Note that FlexiPay only is liable to process a refund request in the event of technical errors on OUR site (www.flexipay.io) and can not be held responsibe for any errors in using the code on a third party publisher site.
In any of those situations, contact us with the relevant information and your refund will be processed in 2 days.
